We’re searching for a licensed attorney that’s familiar with estate issues. This case is in California, USA. The task is to determine the legal heir based on a will and testament consisting of 5 pages created by an attorney, and 2 handwritten pages (referenced in the will) created by the deceased owner. There are 2 tables of heirship which will help clarify the heir. The attorney must be able to provide a bluebook citation or similar for legal references.
