NY Attorney Partnership Opportunity

I’m seeking a New York–licensed attorney ready to work with me on a true 50 : 50 fee-sharing collaboration. Cases will come in on a project-by-project basis, so our workload will ebb and flow with client demand rather than a fixed weekly or monthly schedule.

Here’s what I’ll be counting on you for each file we take: providing solid legal advice at every stage, drafting all necessary pleadings or agreements, and handling court appearances when required. I will source and manage the clients, coordinate initial intake, and cover front-end administrative costs; you’ll steer the legal strategy and execution. Net fees from each matter are split evenly once expenses are cleared.

The practice area is intentionally flexible—if you’re comfortable running with matters that land in corporate, family, or criminal court, that’s perfect, but I’m open to focusing where your strongest experience lies. Above all, I’m looking for someone who’s responsive, ethically minded, and enthusiastic about building a mutually beneficial pipeline together.
