German-Speaking Freelance Recruiters (EU-Based Preferred) / Long-Term Partnership with Consulting Firm

POD Professional Solutions, a fast-growing consulting & recruitment firm supporting international companies in Greece (mainly from DACH & US markets), is expanding its network and looking for German-speaking freelance recruiters for a long-term collaboration.
We prefer freelancers based in Europe or with strong experience in EU / DACH talent markets, as most of our clients and roles require cultural and market familiarity.
What We Need
We are building a select group of partners who can:
Source German-speaking candidates (junior–senior levels)
Share qualified leads, referrals, or small pipelines
Support searches in multilingual roles (EN, DE, FR, IT, PL, NL, HE, etc.)
Work independently and deliver profiles with high accuracy
Collaborate smoothly with our CEO & recruitment team
This is a commission-based partnership, not a full-time job.
How You Earn
You send candidates →
We handle the client →
Once a candidate is hired (and the guaranted period is over) →
You receive your commission.
Our placements, especially for German-speaking roles, offer strong commissions due to high market demand.
Commission details are shared 1:1 depending on:
Your recruitment experience
The volume/quality of leads
Specialization (multilingual, tech, finance, customer support, etc.)
Who Fits This Role Best
We are looking for freelancers who are:
German-speaking (C1–C2) — top priority
Based in Europe or experienced in the EU/DACH markets
Skilled in sourcing, HR, recruitment, or candidate screening
Able to deliver quickly and reliably
Professional in communication
