Problem: We have a problem with tracking bugs, how they are identified, and how they are managed with the ongoing development and releases.We want to use JIRA to track bugs, which are raised in various project boards, various sprints and multiple sprint team working on them. We do not want to use paid JIRA apps, but free JIRA app or existing functionality of JIRA can be tweaked to help us better track bugs
