Hi, we are having a kanban team. We want to improve the reporting by understanding :
1. what kind of items the team works on (through components in JIRA)
2. Need automated SLA /due (based on component added)
3. Need reports and understanding of lead time and cycle time,
Monte Carlo Simulations
Aging Work in Progress (WIP)
Monitoring Flow Efficiency
Cycle Time Histogram
Throughput Metric
Blocker Clustering
4. All this with inbuilt JIRA tools or free app. We do not want to use any paid apps.
