Scrum master needed on part time basis
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I am in need of a Scrum Master to join my team on a part-time basis. The duration of the project is recurring, and the ideal candidate should have an intermediate level of experience. The Scrum Master will be working with a small team of 1-10 members.
Skills and experience required:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
- Proven experience in successfully facilitating Scrum meetings and ceremonies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to coach and mentor team members in Agile practices
- Experience in managing small teams and ensuring efficient collaboration
- Familiarity with Scrum tools and software for project management and tracking progress.
