Project Manager for web/mobile application

I am looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage the development of a web/mobile application for my business. This position is for a contract role and requires expertise in both web and mobile application development. I am eager to find an individual who has the experience necessary to recognize challenges, assign tasks and manage milestones accordingly. Setting and managing deadlines is key for this position. The Project Manager must be proficient in the full lifecycle of development — from design, to development and testing — in order to ensure that the project is kept on-task and on-schedule throughout the entire process. This is an important role, and I am looking for someone reliable and organized to help lead the team and develop our finished product.

NOTE: preference will be giving to people residing in Canada. As i prefer to have a project manager who's in the same time zone.
