Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of a new product feature, ensuring it aligns with our company goals and customer needs.
- Work with the development team to implement Agile practices where they fit best, and Waterfall approaches when necessary.
- Help to coordinate resources, tasks, and timelines for successful project delivery.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Proven experience in product management and development, ideally in a tech or software environment.
- Strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to merge them into a successful Hybrid approach.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over instant messaging.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a keen eye for detail.
