I am looking for a skilled Jira expert to help migrate our normal software project to a service desk project. This project is for an existing job on my team and our desired outcome is to have service desk functionality in place. We need this project completed within a month or 45 days.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Jira Service Desk (Data Center) and experience with Jira project migration
- Knowledge of Jira service desk functionality and best practice by analysing existing software project.
- Reports to show specific metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collect & Analyze Customer Satisfaction. Satisfaction rates (Out of 5)
- Service Level Agreements: With Location of the user & holiday info : ability to set and track SLAs for customer support requests.
