Jira Service Management Setup

Hi, I am looking for an experienced specialist from JIRA Service Management to help us set up our already set up project correctly and correctly and to better map the service processes.

Skills and experience:
- Knowledge of Jira Service Management and licensing options
- Experience in configuring a ticket system
- Good understanding of service processes
- Communication in German is desirable, otherwise very good English skills are requested
