Your company uses JIRA cloud for your project management of Agile projects. The support team creates JIRA tickets for the engineering team which has a 4 step workflow that a ticket follows. The management needs to know the time taken to resolve the tickets end to end but not consider the time team is waiting for the customer's confirmation on the issue resolution. Also, each step in the workflow corresponds to different team and a report is required to see which team is a bottleneck (if any).
