Jira / Confluence Administrator

I'm after a Jira / Confluence admin to work with me on supporting and improving an instance for a fixed block of around 32 hours per month (4 days). Tasks include general maintenance, data cleansing, permissions updates, new project / space creation, workflow amends, issue and project security changes, app management and other general support tasks. Included within the stack is Jira Service Management, which requires the above support too. And experience with BitBucket is helpful.
