Jira Cloud Custom Defect-Tracking Dashboard
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a fresh defect-tracking dashboard built directly in our Jira Cloud instance. The goal is to surface three headline KPIs—Total, Pending, and Closed Defects—followed by concise visual summaries that help the team spot bottlenecks at a glance. All data will come from a single Jira project, but I’d like every gadget and filter to respect a custom date-range picker so we can review any sprint, release, or quarter on demand.
Here’s what has to appear on the board:
• KPI tiles or equivalent gadgets showing current counts for Total, Pending, and Closed Defects.
• A chart that breaks down Pending defects by Severity.
• A matrix view (Severity × Status) to illustrate the full defect lifecycle.
• A straightforward bar or pie chart of Defects by Status for quick counts.
Please create any JQL filters necessary, name them clearly, and share them so the team can inspect or tweak them later. I’m on Jira Cloud, so native gadgets are preferred; Marketplace add-ons are fine only if they’re free and require no extra admin permissions.
Acceptance criteria
• Dashboard loads without errors for any chosen date range.
• Counts in KPI gadgets match the raw issue search using the same JQL.
• Visuals update instantly when the custom date filter changes.
• All gadgets fit on a single screen at 1080p without scrolling.
Once complete, just add me as an editor and document the filter queries you used.
