JIRA for "Engineer", "Designer", "Product Manager", and "Content Strategis

Hi - I just need some help learning how to create custom fields in JIRA for "Engineer", "Designer", "Product Manager", and "Content Strategist". Will you give me a 1-hour lesson via zoom to teach me how to create these custom fields and place them on the issue screens? And anything else I may have that we can cover in a 60-minute zoom call?
