Getting started with Atlassian Jira and Tempo

We introduced Jira Project Management in our company a few months ago and would now also like to use the Tempo app (timesheets, financials and capacity planning). However, we need help getting the settings for Jira and Tempo right and aligned and for someone to explain specific settings to us. What we need is an expert in Jira as well as someone who has used Tempo before. Furthermore, we need advice on best practices in project management/project controlling on Tempo.
In specific we need:
- Setup of global permissions in Jira/Tempo (done together with us)
- Tempo timesheet implementation, including different permission and workload schemes
- Tempo capacity planner implementation
- Tempo financial planner implementation
The workload will be higher in the beginning. Once we gained a basic understanding of Tempo we will only need assistance on a "issue" basis. However we are interested in a long-term relationship for the project management tools.
