Expert JIRA Administrator for Customization

I'm looking for a highly skilled JIRA Administrator with a solid track record in setting up and customizing JIRA, particularly in customizing and configuring the following elements:
- Dashboards: You should be comfortable adding and arranging gadgets, creating custom gadgets, and customizing existing gadgets to ensure our dashboards are visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Workflows: You'll be responsible for setting up various workflows including standard, custom, and approval workflows. An understanding of the business process is a plus.
Your responsibilities will also include configuring Issue types, Screens, Fields, Boards, Reports, and Schemes.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven experience in JIRA administration and customization
- Excellent understanding of JIRA's core concepts
- Proficiency in setting up and configuring various JIRA elements
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills to ensure the end product meets our needs.
You will also be required to impart a training to the standard users and onboard them to JIRA.
You will also be required to impart basic training on administration of JIRA elements to our administrator.
