I'm in need of an experienced JIRA Administrator who is adept in all aspects of JIRA administration. My project requires:
- User Management: Tasks involving managing and controlling user access, roles, and privileges.
- Project Configuration: Configuring settings and functionalities for individual projects.
- Workflow Customization: Creating and customizing workflows to suit project-specific needs.
- E2E JIRA Configuration: Implementing and managing the entire end-to-end JIRA setup.
I'm specifically looking for an expert level administrator, who can deliver high-quality results with minimum supervision.
Preferred means of communication is via phone calls. Thus, availability and responsiveness are essential qualities. Proven record in a similar role will be a huge advantage.
