Data Governance Framework and Quality Dashboard

I'm looking for an expert in data governance to help me establish a comprehensive framework. This project involves creating a detailed data glossary, implementing a data quality dashboard on Jira, and setting up automated ticketing for our data stewards.
Key elements of the project include:
- Data Glossary: The glossary should encompass business terms, data quality checks, change history, an approval process, and capabilities for dashboarding.
- Data Quality Dashboard: This needs to be set up on Jira, which will create tickets for data stewards when data quality reports fall below set thresholds or when any business term in the glossary changes (pending approval from a data steward).
- Data Quality Checks: The checks we need to incorporate are completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
Ideal candidates for this project will have a strong background in data governance and quality management, as well as extensive experience with Jira. Skills in creating data glossaries and implementing data quality checks will be highly beneficial.
