Capture requirements

Looking for a product owner or product manager with agile development experience to write some requirements for me. I have a website I would like to replicate and need user stories, screenshots, user flow diagrams for the engineering team. You should be able to work in Jira, setup the epics, backlog, manage the sprint and help with QA.
