We are fast growing Atlassian Solution Partner based in New Zealand with clients around that world and an ever-growing demand for our services. We specialise in elegant solution design coupled with high levels of customer service to maintain an array of high-profile clientele.

We are on the hunt for a talented, customer-focused, and loyal Atlassian Solutions Consultant to bolster our team and add quality capacity so that we can continue to meet the demands of our clients in an on-going engagement.

What you will bring:

The person we are look for is ready for a permanent and on-going engagement that will expose them to many different clients in many different industries requiring many different, tailored solutions.

You are able to put yourself in the client's shoes and really understand what the client needs at each step of the project.

You are able to accurately articulate all the benefits and considerations of each decision the client needs to make in regards to the recommended solution,

You are a master of managing your own time to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The nature of this role and our company requires strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mind so that we can uncover the root cause of our clients problems and provide multiple avenues to solve each of these.

While the hard skills are important to us, we are seeking someone that will align with our values of customer-service, loyalty and honesty, fit in with the existing team, and be passionate about delivering elegant Atlassian solutions to our clients.

What's Expected?

This role will be a minimum of 30hrs per week, ideally increasing to 35 or 40 hours per week.

We need you to work at least 50% of your day during our business day (GMT+12) to support the core clientele base.

It's essential that you speak and understand English as well as a native speaker, can conduct regular video calling and acclimatise to our company's culture quickly.
