3.Custom web pages
4.Metadata design
5.Building the frontend UI, navigation tiles, notification, and alerts.
6.Administer JIRA and Confluence, including user management, permissions, workflows, and configurations.
7.Customize JIRA workflows, fields, screens, and reports to align with business processes and requirements.
8.Configure Confluence spaces, templates, macros, and plugins to support effective collaboration and knowledge management.
9.Excellent communication skills as the consultant will be required to coordinate with the US office and clients.
