Document Processes, Templates, & Request Forms creation
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm in need of a freelancer to assist in creating my document templates and request forms.
Key tasks:
- Stand up your own Confluence and JIRA SM sites (free for 30 days)
- Create process templates (Confluence), ensuring their accuracy and alignment with my requirements for internal processes for my SaaS product.
- Create request forms (JIRA SM), with mandatory content and drop-downs.
- Export the content in a form in which I can import them into my own Confluence and JIRA SM sites
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in process document, checklist, and forms creation.
- Ability to use Google, ChatGPT (or other generative AI) to search and create baseline content.
- Experience with Confluence and JIRA Service Management.
- Any experience with SDLC, ISO27001, incident response.
- Excellent attention to detail.
