Project Description: Script or Module for FREEPBX to Run Operator Performance Statistics
I am looking for a freelancer to develop a script or module for FREEPBX that will allow me to track operator performance statistics.
In other words i want to know how many calls each extension is answering, how many outbound calls making per day, week month. Something that is simple and customizable. It can be mysql script but the result has to be user firendly
Specific Requirements:
- The script or module should be able to track and provide statistics on operator performance, including metrics such as call volume and duration.
Real-time Data:
- The module does not need to provide real-time data. Daily reports or periodic updates would be sufficient for my needs.
Programming Language:
- There is no specific preference for the programming language. The freelancer can use PHP, Python, or any other language that they are comfortable with.
