AI receptionist
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I am an MD in Greece and I want to create an AI voice receptionist for my medical office.
The system should:
- Answer incoming phone calls from patients using a female Greek voice.
- Understand and respond naturally in Greek (using Whisper + GPT-4 + TTS).
- Take notes or messages and send me a transcript by email or SMS.
- Make outgoing calls to patients with text I provide (appointment reminders or messages).
- Work with my existing Greek VoIP number (Nova VoIP / SIP) or via call forwarding.
- Preferably use Vapi.ai or Twilio Voice as the main platform.
- Be reliable and GDPR-compliant (data stored in EU or locally).
