ivr project

I am looking for help with an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system. Main number will be our Saudi business current number, It should be verified to receive all incoming calls through, The purpose of it is to route and forward calls to our Saudi staff current mobile numbers (up to 12), I will need help to develop a script from scratch, guide through step by step until project launched successfully, The ideal candidate should be able to create a script or provide a solution that meets our specific requirements.
