intercall script for my gateways

hello i want to create script for my gateways script need it work in vos3000 i need the script have this details
1 - make call every 60 sec
2 - have incoming call after sim reach 4 calls but not instant after reach 100 sec have the incoming call
3 - need the calls when it interconnected have ivr tone wav file
4 - i need this script working with my all gateways 10 gateways
