To fix pre-existing virtual and\or physical connection of 1 IP phone in a branch with head office PBX

There is PBX on Asterisk in head office
There are 2 shops in the same city. Each shop has its IP phone number from pool of PBX numbers via tunnel. It was working fine until July.
Then in July the port for IP phone 4443 was blocked in head office router, and both IP phones stopped to work.
In August the port was forwarded in head office, but 1 shop's IP phone started to work, another shop IP phone one - not.
Need to find out the reason of not working 1 IP phone in 2nd shop (via whatsapp communication with shop if needed for physical check) and to fix it.
