Yeastar PABX Inbound Call Failure Repair

I'm facing a critical issue in my Yeastar PABX system where it is currently unable to receive any incoming calls. Surprisingly, the system doesn't give any notification, ring, or any signs of incoming potential communication. This problem exists irrespective of the call source, meaning it's not selective or inconsistent with certain numbers, it's all-encompassing.
