Warehouse Receiving & Shipping Support
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need an extra set of hands in our warehouse to keep inbound and outbound goods moving smoothly. Your core focus will be twofold: first, receive incoming stock, record it in our custom-built WMS, and place each SKU in its proper location; then, pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch with the same attention to detail. Because the system is proprietary, I will walk you through the interface, but you should already be comfortable working with any modern WMS, scanners, and basic inventory workflows.
Accuracy matters more than muscle here—most cartons weigh under 10 lbs—so if you have a sharp eye for counts, labels, and condition checks, you will do well. Speed is appreciated, yet I never sacrifice correctness for haste.
Deliverables:
• All receipts entered and bin locations updated in the WMS daily
• Outbound orders packed, labeled, and staged for carrier pickup by the agreed cut-off time
• End-of-shift report summarizing quantities processed and any discrepancies found
This is an on-site role; once we agree on the schedule, you can start right away.
