Vtiger & Vicidial Real-time Integration
Budget: ₹10,000 – ₹10,001 INR
We are looking for someone who can integrate vtiger CRM with Vicidial, a call center software, smoothly. The integration should include:
Syncing contacts between vtiger and Vicidial
Automatically logging calls in vtiger
Generating combined reports from both systems
Syncing users, lists, dispositions, campaigns, etc.
Syncing all fields in the vicidial_list table to vtiger
Any changes in vtiger should automatically update Vicidial
I need real-time synchronization, so any changes in one system instantly update the other. There are also custom fields in Vicidial that are important for us and need to be mapped properly during the integration.
You should have experience with vtiger and Vicidial integration, know how to handle real-time data syncing, map custom fields, generate reports from both systems, and be able to troubleshoot technical issues.
