Voice Bot working on VoIP calls

Hi there
We are looking to buy a code base for a voice bot that runs on VoIP calls
The objective of the bot is to make automatic outbound calls over VoIP, to engage in a short 2 minute call, and then to label / tag the call outcome eg. “Sale” “not interested”
Speech recognition can be google api or open source
We are NOT looking for a dialogflow solution, we are looking for independent code that works with speech recognition like google api etc
This is NOT a job to build a bot, we would like to only buy a bot that is already exists and was made for the purpose stated above
If you have worked on a similar project as above requirements and you have the code base already written, and you can show a demo of it working over VoIP calls
