I have a contact center and using PBX Isabel opensource, I wanted to implement an AI-enabled voice AI agent (RASA)instead of the traditional IVR system and integrate with PBX issabel. Wanted to keep two separate system for PBX and the AI agent systems. AI agent system should have API capabilities.
