Have to build by PHP and doesn't need a better Ui, only a simple application.
First, Register my sip VoIP user name and password, and domain with port 5060, so we can enter this inputs at the code.
Then Making calls by the browser via our registered sip account
and if we need to open many calls, we need to do that by opening another browser tab or any way to do that.
My budget is a max of 60$.
If you have already done similar work, maybe it's not a low budget.
