TURKEY VOIP / SIP SOLUTION (ZOIPER) – LIVE TEST REQUIRED

Many applicants misunderstand this project.
This is NOT a configuration-only, documentation-only, or advisory task.

I am looking for someone who can PROVIDE or SOURCE a WORKING SIP route/provider and prove it with a LIVE outbound test.

If you only know how to configure Zoiper or explain SIP concepts, this project is NOT for you.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

I need a stable, long-term VoIP / SIP solution that allows me to make outbound calls to Turkey using Zoiper (desktop).

The solution must already exist or be sourced by you and must be demonstrated with a live test.

This is not a research, theory, or experimental project.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Calls must be made via SIP using Zoiper

Outbound calls to Turkey must work

Calls must connect without random rejections

Call quality must be stable

A live outbound test is mandatory

TURKISH CALLER ID (CLI)

At least one of the following Turkish CLIs must be available and shown correctly during the test:

+90 212 – Istanbul landline (European side)

+90 213 – Istanbul landline (Anatolian side)

+90 850 – Non-geographic

+90 444 – Corporate

VERY IMPORTANT – KYC CLARIFICATION

You must meet one of the following conditions:

Option 1 – Provider-Owned KYC

You already have access to a KYC-verified SIP provider

The CLI is registered under the provider

I am NOT required to submit KYC myself

Ready for immediate live testing

Option 2 – Proven Non-KYC / Offshore Route

You can provide a non-KYC offshore SIP route

It must be stable, not temporary, and not shut down

No SIM boxes, spoofing, or grey routes

Must pass a live outbound test

If your solution requires me to complete KYC, register a company, or submit documents, do not apply.

LIVE TEST & PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is released ONLY after a successful live test

Test must include 1–2 minutes of real outbound calls to Turkey

Correct Turkish CLI must be visible

Audio must be clear and stable

No off-platform payments

Stolen, rented, or third-party accounts

HOW YOU WILL BE SELECTED

You will be selected only if you can actually test.

If you can:

Provide the SIP credentials

Register in Zoiper

Place a real outbound call to Turkey

Then you are the right person.

If the test is successful and the solution is stable:

This becomes ongoing work

Higher and recurring payments

Long-term collaboration
