We are having issue's non stop with our dialer. It has caused us to lose a lot of employees and we are really
needing to rebound this year! We noticed the conferences had disappeared from system on Sunday. My partner was at the office overnight and said the system would not work. He attempted re loading vici but could not figure out the issue. I was attempting to hire someone Monday am and our sales manager got to office and said calls were going through as normal. This is very strange! I can see issues in the logs with not finding channels and it appears possible disconnects with carrier. Im worried he might have our configurations incorrect. Need help asap!
