Vicidial System Performance Enhancement

I'm in need of an experienced Vicidial engineer to troubleshoot performance and config issues with my current system. I need someone experienced with CID rotation and monitoring for caller ID reputation, DID groupings and assignments, campaign refinement (list evolution) etc.

Also need someone with the ability to look at carrier codes to troubleshoot answer rate (call pickup) variations. Looking for now, thanks!
