Our company manages 1,200 AI-driven call bots distributed across 76 Vicidial instances for outbound call campaigns.
Challenges:
-Server reliability issues (crashes, unexpected reboots).
-Poor answering-machine detection (AMD) (high false-positive and false-negative rates).
-Unoptimized databases (large InnoDB tables, frequent locks).
-Network and CPU bottlenecks during high call volumes.
-Inability to control Calls Per Second (CPS): operator-imposed limits and uneven traffic distribution.
-High drop rates and telecom costs due to lack of dynamic intra-cluster routing.
Mission Objectives:You will deliver:
-A target architecture addressing all above challenges.
-Technical solutions for each point (server setup, AMD , enhancement, database tuning, load balancing, CPS regulation, routing).
-A detailed schedule and cost estimate (total budget, daily rate, hours breakdown).
Additional Requirements:
-Data import tool (CSV, CRM integration).
-Statistics and reporting module.
-Individualized or shared management interface for AI bots.
-Continuous monitoring (metrics, alerts).
Deliverables:
-Audit report with recommendations.
-Architecture diagrams and specifications.
-Detailed project timeline (phases, milestones).
-Cost breakdown (budget estimate).
-Proof of concept.
Timeline:Mission to start immediately. Final delivery schedule to be agreed upon at project kickoff.
