Vicidial Installation & Call Centre Setup

I'm looking for a professional to install Vicidial on my Windows server and provide comprehensive instructions on how to manage a call centre with it.
Key Requirements:
- Vicidial Installation: The system is brand new and requires a fresh setup. You will need to recommend and install the appropriate version of Vicidial for Windows.
- Training: I need detailed instructions on how to place a toll-free number (TFN), set up an Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and handle calls using the system.
- Expert Knowledge: You should have extensive experience with Vicidial and call centre operations. Please include any relevant certifications or experiences in your proposal.
This project aims to have a fully operational call centre system with the necessary training for effective usage.
The call centre will have up to 10 agents. Please provide basic ongoing support for troubleshooting and minor updates. The project should be completed within 1 week.
