Setup Vicidial on Dinstar Gateway

I need the latest version of Vicidial set up on a Windows-based Dinstar gateway. The setup should include:

- Campaigns and lists configuration
- Automated call recordings
- Agent performance reports
- Click to call functionality
- Sticky agents setup while receiving calls.

Other requirements.
- Click to call api from web based crm
- Call recordings local path should be accessible / listenable from web based crm. (crm part would be created by us you just have to provide api and help regarding that)
- Mask numbers on outgoing / receiving calls.
- While receiving calls on computer there should be api which sends real number to agent computer so crm can open that page automatically.
- Receiving calls will be sent to the same agent. (Sticky agent)
- Conference/Whisper (I should be able to listen in between ongoing call and agent should be able to initiate conference with any number.)
- Setup welcome message.


Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with Vicidial
- Proficiency in Windows server configuration
- Familiarity with Dinstar gateways
- Knowledge in setting up call campaigns and reports
