Vici Dialer or Amazon Connect - VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V environments
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V environments. I need someone who knows Linux and how to install GoAutoDial/ViciDial. My server runson CentOS 7 i already have 5 running cpanels. This is a new center/server I'm setting up as a saas and proof of concept which should operate exactly like my old center/server. I can show you the functionality of my old server but don't have SSH access and a copy or backup files cannot be provided. This will need to be a fresh install of GoAutoDial overlay for Vici. I am still wanting to be able to log in separately to both platforms.
im also interested in doing amazon connect.. but if we go that route i need you to be proficient in the following
MUST BE ABLE TO UPLOAD CSV OS LEADS AND AUTODIAL THRU LIST.. while distributing to 5 agents and up
= 3rd party CRM certificate(advanced) hub spot = 3rd party CRM certificate(advanced)
= designing and implementation (Lex Bot)
= Feature implementation
= Voice mail Integration
= Extension feature implementation (Dialer) AWS CONNECT already registered and installed with demo. Need customization
for now lets just discuss the above unless you have a better plan.. im open to suggestions.
my last concern is that i can integrate all the leads with my hubspot pipeline. i saw amazon cit which does it .. just a heads up.
im really looking for someone who already has a solution like this who can program and deploy quickly .. vs reinventing the wheel. i have quite a bit of clients lined up for these solution. so this can be longterm. im a developer too but im more into sales than building.
