VOIP Expert Needed for Twilio and VOS3000

I'm looking for a VOIP professional who can help with:
- CLI installation in Twilio
- Configuring and setting up VOS3000 with the Twilio gateway
The primary goal of this setup is to facilitate call routing and management. I need some customization options for call routing, so an intermediate level of control is required.
You do not need to integrate this VOIP setup with any other systems, such as a CRM or helpdesk system.
Ideal skills and experience for this job:
- Extensive knowledge of VOIP systems, particularly Twilio and VOS3000
- Experience with call routing and management
- Ability to implement some customization options in call routing
