We are setting up a call center with about 20 agents and are looking for a VICIDial specialist.
- Must have rich experience in installing and optimizing VICIDial for call center
- Must have experience in installing VICIDial on a cloud server
- Must have experience in integrating VOIP provider
- Experience integrating SMS, Email with the dialer would be a huge plus.
