We need an experienced Twillio flex developer to set up Twilio flex contact centre.
You will need configure settings for 4-8 agents
Configure a Custom CRM , Setup and configuration of your Twilio Flex contact
center environments (ie. STAGING, PROD), system
settings, agent skills, teams, queues, and channels.
Communication Channels
Capabilities Needed - Voice (Click to call, Number masking ), SMS, Team chat , Webchat, Whatsapp, FB messenger, all assciated plug ins to get the system to work smoothly.
Twilio Studio Work flows
Voice IVR, SMS work flow, Webchat workflow, Whatsapp work flow
Need 3 way conferencing, Internal call transferring etc
If making a CRM is a bit difficult then we can integrate Zoho CRM into the mix.
