Project Overview
I am looking for a stable, long-term VoIP / SIP solution that allows me to make outbound calls to Turkey using Zoiper.
This is not a research or experimental project.
Only real, working and live-testable solutions will be considered.
Mandatory Technical Requirements
Calls must be made via SIP using Zoiper
Turkey outbound must be enabled
Caller ID must appear as a valid Turkish number
Calls must connect reliably without random rejections
Call quality must remain stable during the call
Supported Turkish Caller ID Types
+90 212 – Istanbul landline (European side)
+90 213 – Istanbul landline (Anatolian side)
+90 850 – Non-geographic numbers
+90 444 – Corporate numbers
KYC Requirements
One of the following options must apply.
Option 1 – KYC-Based
Fully working KYC-verified SIP / VoIP account
Turkey outbound enabled
Ready for live testing
Option 2 – Alternative
Non-KYC or compliant alternative method
Proven Turkey outbound solution
Full setup and clear explanation included
Temporary, experimental or untested solutions will not be accepted.
Testing and Payment Terms
Payment will be released only after a successful live test
Live test must include real outbound calls to Turkey for at least 1–2 minutes
Correct Turkish Caller ID must be displayed
Call quality must be clear and stable
No off-platform payments
Not Accepted
Guess-based or untested solutions
Third-party, rented or stolen accounts
Illegal or short-term setups
Requests for upfront payment
Inability to provide a live Zoiper test
Long-Term Opportunity
If the solution is stable and reliable, this project will lead to ongoing work and higher payments.
