Someone to set up vicidialer on a server

I am looking for a freelancer who can set up Vicidialer on a cloud-based server and customize it with specific features. I do not require ongoing support, just the initial setup.

I would like sip integration, ivr system and multi line calling and extensions.

Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Experience with Vicidialer installation and configuration
- Knowledge of cloud-based servers
- Ability to customize Vicidialer with specific features
