I am looking for a software developer who can create a VOIP calling software for international calls. The software should have the following features:
- VOIP calling capabilities, allowing users to make international calls through the internet.
- The software should support audio calls only, as video calls are not required.
- text messages, IVR, multiple calling to Australia with one number for company
- One of the primary features I need is call recording, allowing users to record their conversations.
- Additional features such as call forwarding and conference calls are not necessary for this project.
