Smart Doorbell system with Raspberry Pi4 using Asterisk

Reqirement:
I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create a Raspberry pi4 doorbell system using Asterisk.
The main purpose of this system is to enhance security for my property and make internal calls from the 1st floor with the 2nd.
The system should have video functionality to provide visual confirmation to specific android phone on internal lan only,MOT TO EXTERNAL IP !
We will need: 2 Raspberry pi4 an 2 android phone.

It will work to the following way:
Number1 Raspberry pi4 will be installed as a DOORBEELL (it will operate as a phone on speed dial).
Number2 Raspberry pi4 will be installed as a SERVER.
Number1 android phone will be installed on 1st floor on speed dial.
Number2 android phone will be installed on 2st floor on speed dial.
When the 1st floor doorbell button will be pressed, Number1 Raspberry pi4 will give a notification call to Number1 android phone on 1st floor on speed dial through Number2 Raspberry pi4 which will be installed as a SERVER.
When the 2st floor doorbell button will be pressed, Number1 Raspberry pi4 will give a notification call
to Number2 android phone on 2st floor on speed dial through Number2 Raspberry pi4 which will be installed as
a SERVER.
In this way, the Number1 android phone (on 1st floor) can call Number2 android phone (on 2st floor) on speed dial, through Number2 Raspberry pi4 which will be installed as a SERVER or vice versa !
Somehow the adroid cellphones must be able to give a door opening comand to Number1 Raspberry pi4 or Number2 as both of them will be instaled at the same place.
- Experience with Asterisk and Raspberry pi4 is essential.
- The system should be user-friendly and easy to set up and configure.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience with Asterisk and Raspberry pi4.
- Proficiency in integrating video functionality into the Raspberry pi4 system.
- Familiarity with setting up and configuring the Asterisk server.
