Setup Unimrcp Asterisk server in Google Cloud Platform

We are a Health Tech company, we provide doctors with IT infrastructure and much more. Our specific requirement here is that when a patient calls doctor the IVR system should respond and help them schedule appointments. We don't want to use Google Dialog Flow entirely rather Google speech and text api's doing specific conversions helping patients schedule appointments.
