Set up Vicidial

PLEASE READ COMPLETELY: i need someone who can set up vicidial on my contabo server - for 10 agents - and two admins - must be able to set me up a campaign - web and softphone if possible to get both or just web phone - want it set up for OUTBOUND auto dialing -

i currently have twilio but i am open to other options if its cheaper use the phrase word "create dialer" so i know you read and understand what i need and i need someone who can do this TODAY
