Set up an IVR for asterisk that will interact with a taxi dispatch system

We have an existing hosted Asterisk server and use icabbi taxi dispatch software.
I would like incoming caller ID to be screened to see if they have an active booking, if so give the caller an update on their booking. I would also like to give the customers an option to either call their driver, be passed to the call queue or cancel their booking.
